2023 RAM 1500 Trim Levels

Tradesman

The entry-level Tradesman trim powers up using a 3.6-liter Pentastar® V6 with eTorque, an eight-speed automatic transmission, and a part-time transfer case. Performance reaches 305 horsepower and 271 lb.-ft. of torque. Two-wheel drive is standard, but you can upgrade to four-wheel drive.

When you back into or out of a parking spot, the ParkView Rear Backup Backup Camera shows what’s happening behind you and adds gridlines, enabling you to judge your distance from obstacles. A Tire Pressure Monitor lets you know if one of your tires needs more air.

Big Horn/Lone Star

Although these trim levels are identical, the Lone Star pays tribute to Texas by being sold only in that state. It includes an electronic on-demand transfer case and access to multiple equipment packages:

·         The Level 1 Equipment Group has an auto-dimming rearview mirror, in-floor storage, and a Uconnect 8.4 system with Bluetooth® and SiriusXM Radio. You can power-adjust the eight-way driver seat and pedals.

·         The Level 2 Equipment Group includes Remote Start and a security alarm, a Parksense Front and Rear Park Assist with Reverse Stop, a heated steering wheel and front seats, and Two-Zone Automatic Temperature Control so that you and your front passenger can set separate comfort levels.

Laramie

The Laramie has a 5.7-liter HEMI® V8 with eTorque and an eight-speed automatic transmission, which deliver 395 horsepower and 410 lb.-ft. of torque. Now standard is the Uconnect 8.4-inch infotainment system. Forward Collision Mitigation lets you know if you’re about to hit the vehicle in front of you.

This trim has its own Level 1 Equipment Group, which has rain-sensing wipers, automatic high beams, and a power tailgate release. The Level 2 Equipment Group has three-level heating built into the rear seat and, in the Crew Cab, rear under-seat storage.

Rebel

The Rebel can take you on off-road adventures with 33-inch wheels and all-terrain tires that can traverse taller obstacles. Additional skid plates protect the underside. A sport-performance hood and oversized black wheel flares emphasize the trail style. Off-road suspension increases ground clearance to 8.3 inches and ensures that both rear wheels rotate at the same time with an electronically locking rear differential.

Lane Departure Warning tells you if you’re drifting across the highway lines without a turn signal while Automatic Emergency Braking stops your vehicle before it hits an obstacle.

Limited Longhorn

Available only with a crew cab, the Limited Longhorn builds heating into the rear seats, maintains visibility with Automatic High-Beam Headlamps, and offers a 12-inch Digital Instrument Cluster that you can configure to show the information you need.

The Premium Audio System puts you in the concert hall with 10 speakers. SiriusXM® Radio gives you access to satellite channels that play commercial-free music, entertain with exclusive celebrity talk, thrill with live pro-sports, and inform you with the latest news and weather.

Limited

Active-Level Four-Corner Air Suspension either automatically or manually adjusts the ride height, so that you can traverse broken ground, load or unload the truck bed more easily, or make entering or exiting the cab more convenient.

Opt for the Limited Elite Edition and you’re pampered by premium leather seats, a suede headliner, a jeweled rotary shifter, and 12 power adjustments for the front seats. Outside, you’ll find a Multifunction Tailgate, adjustable cargo tie-downs, and a cargo divider.

TRX

At the top of the trim line is the TRX, which thrills with a 6.2-liter HEMI® Supercharged V8 that roars with 702 horsepower and 650 lb.-ft. of torque. The High-Performance Exhaust punctuates every run with power. You can choose from seven modes to define the capabilities of the Full-Time Transfer Case, including Rock, Snow, Sport, Mud/Sand/Custom, and Baja.

The 18-inch wheels are surrounded by 33-inch all-terrain tires so that you can go anywhere. The Uconnect® touchscreen measures 12 inches diagonally. Illuminating your journeys are LED headlamps and fog lights.
