Gotta say I've had a bad experience with the service department here before but was in the market for a new truck and decided to give them another shot. I bought a RAM 3500 and three weeks into this engine light lit up, I immediately called VVMotots spoke to Eli, without hesitation stated to bring in the truck in and they would take care of me. I just want to say the dealership went above and beyond to make sure my car was checked and serviced properly. I am impressed with the professionalism of the service department. Dave Anderson is a great service advisor. The issues with my 2007 are ongoing due to scheduling issues. I'm having recall work done on it. The prices are a little high though.

My experience the day of my purchase was fantastic. Each person who introduced themselves was polite and helpful. I just completed a follow service and was treated great. My burrito I ordered from the cafe was excellent. My only bad experience was a follow up call to my salesman, who took a shot at me with a smart comment, insinuating I tried to hide information about my trade in. The car was in for service a week before my purchase, a full safety check of vehicle was completed. Read the report, i advised of the main issues.
Had a new car defect. Not easy to correct. Finally got it done. Good job! Thanks to all involved. All worked hard to correct the problem. No sign of it returning.

I had originally written a very negative review of this place and their staff. In my honest opinion, I was treated unprofessionally by a few of their staff with regards to my new vehicle purchase and issues with it.
I assume that the management read my review, as Sylvia, the guest relations manager reached out to me, and we discussed everything that was wrong with the vehicle.

Rico in the service department is always friendly, courteous, and professional. Most of the service department employees are helpful and courteous.
Excellent customer service and throughly detailed. Identified issues not easy noticeably with recommendations to prevent future problems. Mr. Needham has been an exceptional advisor and customer representative since I moved to California. As of now, the best customer service I experienced overall.
Travis so far is the only reason I will continue to go there, he is professional and very thorough with his work, i appreciate people like him.
Tommy McMahon and Allen Valladares supposedly sold me a new car with 41 miles on the dashboard. But when I kept asking them what was the mileage on the car, they both assured and told me that it was 41 miles on the car's dashboard. So when I drove away and looked at the dashboard it said 241 miles on it and I kept asking them about that but they didn't listen nor responded to my questions.

3rd service visit. 1st Summer 2024. 3 day wait for oil change. Had it done elsewhere in 40 minutes. 2nd time oil on new Wrangler. Done in 45 minutes. I had high hopes. Today 90 minutes past appointment time before they began the oil change, very disappointed. This 2 stars. Maury once more but if not improved then I’ll go elsewhere.
Service did a good job on a moderately complex engine repair (2k) but it involved radiator coolant and the service tech did not fill the radiator. On a minor note, they no longer wash the vehicle after repairs and I miss that pleasant service.

Service department needs to be able to accept phone calls to make car service appointments. There are questions that need to be asked directly to a person versus having to wait for someone to read your online request and then get back to you. Having said this the service provided was good and completed within a reasonable wait time. The customer service personnel were courteous and knowledgeable.

On Monday I took my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee in due to a check engine light, service air bag system. Jason promised me that my Jeep would be finished by Friday. It was finished on Wednesday, two days early. Jason did a superb job. He was a pleasure to work with. The service department was wonderful. I have been going there since 2007.
Bad bad i take my charger 2008 because has a engine light on, and told Jason Mitchel that i change my 6 coils and spark plugs 2 times already in 3 months and i want to know more about what it can be the causing the misfire again and they want to charge me 242.15 for only telling me that i have problems with my coil something that i already know thats what i take my car to the dealer to know more about it. I didn’t buy my Jeep Wrangler there years ago but I took it there for service. Back then Jeff was a service writer but I could just tell he wasn’t going to remain a service writer for long. Worst dealer ship I ever dealt with every time I take my vehicles yes I have four its the same story I have recalls on all my vehicles aways saying that the parts on restricted order at this time. I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership ever again!
People are friendly, I like the service they give when they receive your car. But I'm not happy. My trunk door light still doesn't work and it still brings a sound in the differential.
